Quarterly Bonus Potential
Starting on day one, you are eligible to earn a quarterly bonus in addition to your weekly pay. On average, our bonus payout is equal to one week of pay per quarter.

35 Hour Guarantee
We are committed to providing our team with a steady and reliable paycheck. Every hourly teammate receives a minimum of 35 hours each pay period, regardless of weather or job site conditions.
Paid Vacation Time
Our compensation package includes more than just competitive pay rates. After 90 days, every teammate receives one week paid vacation. After one year, a second week of paid vacation is received. Everyone at HGC has the opportunity to continue earning more time off throughout their career with us!
Comprehensive Insurance
Our robust insurance package is available to all HGC teammates after 90 days of employment.
In addition to coverage options for medical, dental and vision, we offer life insurance coverage and an Employee Assistance Program.
In partnership with Cigna, our in-house Wellness Coach, Kelly, is available to our teammates for personal health coaching at no additional cost!
We have also recently partnered with Tryon Medical Partners to offer our teammates more convenient preventative care, free of charge, through Tryon Direct.

Our employer-sponsored 401(k) plan helps you better prepare for the future. We proudly match 100% of your contributions dollar-for-dollar for the first 3% and will match at 50% for contributing between 4-5%.
